I am all for “foreign missions” even as my family and I continue to serve as “home missionaries.” And I do not buy the oft-voiced argument, “Why should so many hear repeatedly when many have never heard?” Of course I ‘buy” the latter part, but too often what Americans hear is a false “gospel” laced in churchianity and “it’s all about me” rather than the truth of the gospel.
